AromaTouch Technique – a mindful application for body and senses
The AromaTouch Technique is a holistic application that works on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. Through the combination of high-quality doTERRA essential oils and mindful touch, your entire system is invited into a state of deep relaxation and regeneration.
This method was developed to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and naturally bring body, mind, and soul back into balance.
During the application, eight carefully selected essential oils are gently applied along the spine and on the reflex zones of the feet. With calm, intentional touch, the oils are worked in mindfully to promote relaxation, support the immune system, and strengthen emotional balance.

AromaTouch Technique – Process
The application takes place in a calm, protected atmosphere. You remain fully clothed throughout the session; only the back and feet are gently uncovered. This allows you to relax and arrive fully with yourself.
In a fixed, proven sequence, eight selected doTERRA essential oils are gently applied along the spine and on the reflex zones of the feet. The oils are worked in with calm, intentional touch to unfold their effects optimally.
Among others, the following oils are used:
- Balance – supports grounding and inner stability
- Lavender – calming, relaxing, and balancing
- Tea Tree – cleansing and strengthening
- On Guard – supportive for the immune system
- AromaTouch™ – relaxing for muscles and nervous system
- Deep Blue – soothing for tension
