Retreat · Costa Rica
At some point, even functioning becomes too exhausting.
Maybe you have long understood that you are not simply tired, but exhausted from always being strong, keeping going and functioning. And maybe you feel it deep inside: I don't want to continue like this. This retreat is a space where you are allowed to stop working against yourself. A reconnection to your body, to your truth. Held by the nature of Costa Rica, in a consciously small group. Transformation here does not happen through concepts, but through lived experience.

Many people believe they just need to understand more. To analyze more, achieve more and function more.
But the real problem often lies deeper. Not in the mind, but in old protective mechanisms. In stories you once took to be your truth.
This retreat helps you not only to recognize these patterns, but to truly change them.
From survival mode to self-leadership
The Embodied Truth Process
This retreat is not a program to simply switch off, but a clearly guided experiential process.
Step by step, a space unfolds in which your nervous system can regulate, old patterns become visible, and a new inner orientation becomes possible.
1. Back into your body
From the mind into the body
Most people live in their heads, but change happens in the body.
Through nervous system regulation, breathwork and embodied presence work, your system comes back out of chronic survival mode. Because only when your body feels safe can real clarity emerge.
2. Understanding why you react the way you do
Self-awareness instead of autopilot
In this phase, inner programs become visible.
Why do you say yes, even though something inside you says no?
Why do you adapt, even though it takes you further and further away from yourself?
Why do you return to people, situations or dynamics that exhaust you inside?
Why do patterns repeat themselves, even though you have long understood that they don't serve you?
3. What works beneath the surface
Questioning core beliefs
Many reactions arise from old imprints and inner protective strategies. Through deep process work, meditation and inner child work, we open a space in which not only symptoms become visible, but their origin.
Because real change rarely happens where you simply understand yourself better. But where your system is finally allowed to stop fighting against itself.
4. Staying with yourself
Real presence instead of adaptation
Self-leadership does not mean that nothing will ever be difficult again.
It means learning not to abandon yourself anymore. Even in relationships, in conflict and in uncertainty.
5. Going back differently
From experience into action
You don't go back as a new person. But as someone who has stopped abandoning themselves.
With: – more inner calm – clearer decisions – less over-adaptation – more self-leadership – a regulated nervous system – more trust in your own perception Not perfect, but more yourself.
This retreat is not an escape. It is an encounter with yourself.
Everything takes place within a protected framework that accompanies you mindfully from the moment you arrive until your departure.
Because some changes don't begin where you always are. But where your system is finally allowed to stop constantly functioning. The nature of Costa Rica slows down, regulates and reminds. Here, space is created where your nervous system can learn safety again. Not through theory, but through experience.
This retreat is not just a change of place. It is a change of perspective.
This retreat is held jointly by Nina and Corinne.
A space in which you are allowed to slow down. In which perception, encounter and real inner processes can unfold. The nature of Costa Rica, its rhythm and its quietness shape the quality of this retreat: mindful, grounded and deep.

For many years, Corinne has been accompanying people through phases of personal change and inner reorientation.
Her background brings together many years of experience in social work, ontological coaching and integrative process work. In addition, she works with methods from energetic consciousness work that include the body, perception and inner processes.
Her approach is not aimed at changing or optimizing people, but at creating spaces in which clarity, self-connection and authentic decisions can emerge.

Nina brings approaches from nonverbal communication into the shared work. She has lived in Costa Rica for many years and is deeply connected to the rhythm and nature of this place.
Her guidance is shaped by a calm, clear presence, fine perception and a deep trust in natural inner processes.
Together, Nina and Corinne create a space in which people can feel safe enough to truly meet themselves.

Maybe this is exactly the moment when you stop just functioning – and start listening to yourself again.
What may open during this time is often difficult to put into words. And yet many people describe similar experiences after such processes:
Not because this retreat fixes anything. But because space is created in which your inner world is allowed to reorder itself.
Many people do not leave this time only with memories – but with a different quality of clarity, presence and inner stability. Something that continues to work in everyday life.
Optional additional offerings (such as heart healing, Akasha reading, massages or activities) are not included in the retreat price and can be booked on site if desired.
Because this retreat is planned with personal support and a consciously limited group size, special cancellation conditions apply.
These will be communicated transparently and clearly as part of the binding registration process. We ask for your understanding that reserved places often cannot be filled again at short notice.
Everything is welcome. Nothing is required.
If you feel that these words touch something in you, this retreat may be exactly the space you are looking for right now.
The group is intentionally kept small because real change needs safety. And safety needs space.
